At Demo's Palace, we focus on dance and health. Our studio not only offers dance classes in styles such as salsa, dancehall and Latin American dances, but also a place where creativity, knowledge and community meet. We strive to provide each customer with an experience that goes beyond the ordinary

The studio was founded with a vision to create a space where today's digitized society meets the timeless power of dance and knowledge. One of our goals is that modernization and technology are integrated to enrich both movement and learning. Demo's Palace is more than an ordinary studio

Currently, the studio offers a range of different dance courses that include many rewarding elements. Our courses are designed to meet the needs of every client, from beginners taking their first steps to experienced dancers looking to deepen their skills

One of the studio's long-term future visions is to combine exercise and nutrition from a scientific perspective, to give customers a deeper understanding of how these factors affect the body. Our ambition is to increase awareness around health and well-being by offering fun, engaging, and physical activities that strengthen both body and mind

Our Instructors


Albin Demo
Albin Demo is a versatile and award-winning dancer who has trained and competed in several different styles since childhood. In addition to his competition career with several won championship titles, Albin works a lot as a choreographer where he excelled by combining his knowledge from several dance worlds into one. Albin has been awarded a scholarship, been interviewed, and appeared on TV thanks to his efforts in the world of dance. He also has contact and has collaborated with several international artists.

Albin Demo
During his high school years on the natural line, he started his own dance group King Cobraz. Albin is now studying biology at university level and took his dance career further by founding his very own dance and health studio, Demo's Palace. Albin's ambition is to combine the scientific world with physical activity, nutrition and well-being after graduation.
At Albin's courses, you can expect a unique arrangement that develops and challenges all individuals to reach their full potential. It will be sweaty, it will be educational, but most importantly, it will be an uplifting atmosphere.


Erna Demo
Erna Demo is an experienced dancer who trained and competed in Caribbean and Latin American dances, where she also won several championship titles. In addition to her competition career, Erna has a lot of experience in dance pedagogy as she has taught courses in various forms for several years.

Erna Demo
At high school level, Erna has studied economics, while at the same time she was an active dancer in King Cobraz. Together with her brother Albin, she has arranged several workshops for the public in Örebro, where famous faces from the dance world have been guests. Now she works at Dialog DV as a unit manager and brings her leadership skills directly to Demo's Palace.
At Erna's courses, you can expect a high and exciting energy, which will make you want to stay on the dance floor for hours. Her leadership and pedagogy create a safe and challenging environment for everyone to develop in. There will be passionate rhythms, instructive classes, and an atmosphere that puts a smile on everyone's face.
King Cobraz
King Cobraz is created and run by Albin Demo and is Demo's Palace's own project group. The group has been active for several years and they dance a mixture of several different styles. These styles include everything from dancehall, Afro-fusion and hip-hop to Latin American and Caribbean dances.
During the years that King Cobraz have been active, they have created professional dance videos, taken part in local and national performances, and also competed in Sweden. Recently, the group has also collaborated with international artists. Including strong features of culture is something that the dance group is passionate about and it is often expressed through their work.
